About 399et —
Our Story & Mission

399et's journey began with a simple but powerful idea — to create a digital destination where millions of sports fans and casino enthusiasts in Bangladesh can play with confidence. We believe that online entertainment should be transparent, secure, and genuinely enjoyable. 399et was built around that belief.

Our platform has been designed with the people of Bangladesh in mind from the very start. A fully Bengali-language interface, familiar local payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — and a game library tailored to local market demand all come together to make 399et a one-of-a-kind experience. Our goal is for every player to enjoy a world-class gaming experience from the comfort of home.

At 399et, we place the highest importance on game variety. From betting on popular sports like cricket, football, and kabaddi to slots, live casino, fishing games, and Mines Grand — there are hundreds of options in every category. Our partnerships with the world's leading game providers, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming, keep our game library rich and exciting.

Our team believes that a great rewards structure doubles the enjoyment of playing. That's why we offer new players a 100% first-deposit welcome bonus — up to ৳20,000 — and for regular players there are four VIP tiers from Bronze to Platinum, offering weekly cashback and exclusive benefits.

Security is not just a feature for us — it is our core philosophy. 399et uses SSL encryption to keep all financial transactions and personal information protected. Our fair play policy ensures that every game result is completely impartial and uninfluenced. The trust of our players is our greatest asset.

Our 24/7 support team is always by your side — get instant help via live chat or email us at [email protected]. Our team, equally fluent in Bengali and English, is committed to resolving any issue quickly. At 399et, you are not just a customer — you are a member of our family.
