1 Introduction & Acceptance

By using the 399et website and related services ("Platform"), you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions and have agreed to comply with them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.

The platform is for personal, non-commercial use only. 399et reserves the right to change, add to, or remove these terms at any time without notice.

1.1 Age Requirement

This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. If you are under 21, please do not create an account or use the platform. Any transaction carried out by a user under 21 will be considered void.

1.2 Acknowledgement

By registering an account or using the platform, you confirm that:

2 Account Registration & Management

To enjoy the full service at 399et, you must create an account. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

2.1 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• You will be solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

• Only one account per person is allowed. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Verification

2.3 Right to Close Account

399et may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or manipulation.
• Providing false information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.2 Deposit Rules

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

3.4 Currency

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To make a bonus withdrawable, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = after ৳15,000 in bets, the bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
• The original deposit may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, but the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any attempt to collect bonuses through fraud is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed. Each offer applies to one person, one household, one IP address, or one payment method only.

4.4 VIP Program

Regular players can be promoted to VIP tiers. VIP tiers and weekly cashback rates:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier changes are determined based on your activity and participation on the platform.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

Both sports betting and casino gaming are available at 399et. General betting rules are outlined below.

5.1 Bet Validity

• A bet will be considered valid only when a confirmation message is received from the platform.
• A bet will not be accepted if there are insufficient funds in the account.
• 399et reserves the right to cancel bets affected by technical errors or server issues.

5.2 Unfair Advantage Prohibited

• Placing bets using software, bots, or automation tools is prohibited.
• Algorithmic betting, match fixing, and manipulation are strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets by exploiting technical errors is not permitted — any winnings from such activity will be voided.

5.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Please note:

• Bets on cancelled or abandoned events are automatically voided.
• No bet can be changed after an event has started.
• Live betting odds change in real time — the odds applicable at the time of placement are considered final.

5.4 Casino Gaming

For slots, live casino, fishing games, and other casino games, the individual rules of the game providers apply. Fair play is ensured in all games.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 399et. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and funds may be forfeited.

• Using false identity or documents.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Creating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to attack the platform through hacking, viruses, or malicious software.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defaming other users of the platform.
• Bonus abuse — claiming the same offer multiple times through family members or friends.
• Attempting to place a bet after the result of an event is known (late betting).

7 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between 399et and you. Even if any part of this document is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
